Decided to make pancakes for breakfast one morning so without any formal recipe, I used these ingredients:
- 250g plain flour
- 300ml water
- 100g sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp soya bean oil
Method:
- Mix flour and water.
- Mix in the sugar, baking soda and baking powder.
- Add the 2 eggs, mix well.
- Add the soya bean oil, mix well.
- Heat up some oil in a pan.
- Pour enough batter to cover the base of the pan.
- Let the pancake cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown underneath.
- Flip the pancake and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Repeat steps 6 to 8 until all the batter is used up.
- Eat the pancakes with honey, sugar, kaya, peanut butter, Nutella or plain, and enjoy! :)
