Pancakes for breakfast!

Decided to make pancakes for breakfast one morning so without any formal recipe, I used these ingredients:

  • 250g plain flour
  • 300ml water
  • 100g sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp soya bean oil

Method:

  1. Mix flour and water.
  2. Mix in the sugar, baking soda and baking powder.
  3. Add the 2 eggs, mix well.
  4. Add the soya bean oil, mix well.
  5. Heat up some oil in a pan.
  6. Pour enough batter to cover the base of the pan.
  7. Let the pancake cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown underneath.
  8. Flip the pancake and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  9. Repeat steps 6 to 8 until all the batter is used up.
  10. Eat the pancakes with honey, sugar, kaya, peanut butter, Nutella or plain, and enjoy! :)
